by the GVRD, The Sheltair Group, the Canadian Gas Association
and UBC's Liu Centre for the Study of Global Issues.
The
Honourable Lloyd Axworthy is the National Chair of citiesPLUSwith
the Honourable Mike Harcourt, former Premier of BC, acting
as Vice-Chair. An Advisory Board, Chaired by the Honourable
Lloyd Axworthy and consisting of representatives from the
key partner organizations, provides the overall direction
for the project.
